Bally's,
Hilton and Caesars Beach Bars to Heat up the Summer with Special
Events
ATLANTIC
CITY, N.J.-- Caesars Entertainment, Inc. announced today
that it will continue its commitment to enhancing the Boardwalk
experience by offering spectacular beach bars at each of its
Atlantic City casino resorts this summer.
Bally's
new Bikini Beach Bar, The Hilton
Beach Bar, and Caesars
Sand Box Beach Bar will offer live entertainment, specialty
drinks, promotions and special events throughout the summer
on the beach in front of each property.
The summer fun will be even hotter in 2004 thanks to a $24 million
beach restoration project undertaken by the U.S. Army Corps
of Engineers. The project will widen Atlantic City beaches to
200 feet and restore the dunes to a height of two-to-three feet
above the Boardwalk.
Bally's
Bikini Beach Bar, scheduled to debut in June, will feature a
variety of live entertainment as well as cabanas, a large stage
for the band, and a 200-seat bar. The Bikini Beach Bar will
offer specialty drinks including margaritas, frozen daiquiris,
rum punch, as well as a limited food and snack menu.
The Hilton
Beach Bar, also scheduled to open in mid-June, will kick off
the summer season with a beach party highlighted by a concert
starring "America" on June 27. The beach party on
June 27 begins with live entertainment at 12 noon, followed
by the return of the "Jersey Idol" competition sponsored
by WOGL 98.1 FM. The America concert begins at 4:30 p.m., followed
by live entertainment until 10 p.m. The party continues through
1 a.m. with live entertainment in the Dizzy Dolphin beachfront
bar.
Throughout
the day, the Hilton
will offer a variety of giveaways and events, including free
Norwegian Cruiseline Vacations, 30 mountain bikes, face-painting
and more. Three hundred dollars in cash will be given away every
five minutes from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. on the casino floor.
Guests
of The Hilton Beach Bar will also relax with cabanas, wooden
gazebos, beach chairs and umbrellas as well as other beach amenities,
including beachside massages available for a fee. Guests wishing
to take advantage of these services should see a beach attendant,
available daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Caesars
Atlantic City's Sand Box beach bar will open on Saturday, May
22. In addition to the Sand Box bar, Caesars will offer beach
chair, bicycle, and umbrella rentals, as well as personal cabanas
with hammocks. The Sand Box will offer summertime drinks, including
homemade Pina Coladas, Strawberry Daiquiris, Margaritas, a variety
of draft and bottled beer, as well as a limited food menu. Caesars
Sand Box beach bar will offer seating for approximately 250
guests.

TUNICA
RESORTS, Miss.
-- Beginning next year, Tunica visitors will have a new
reason to play and stay at Grand

30-acre water theme park. Scheduled to open in June 2005,
the family-oriented facility will feature indoor and outdoor

crowd-pleasing food and beverage facilities.
"Our
new water park is another milestone in our effort to deliver
a wide range of exciting attractions for all of our guests,"
said Jon Lucas, president of Caesars Entertainment's Tunica

Casino.
"Along
with our world-class golf course and challenging sporting
clay range, Grand Water Park will give visitors from throughout
the South and Mid-West one more reason to visit Grand

the partnership in the form of land and other non-cash
items.
