Winning Streak Hits Saratoga Gaming and Raceway

SARATOGA SPRINGS, New York - Saratoga Gaming and Raceway has awarded not one, but THREE individual jackpot payment of $50,000 to lucky patrons in a ten day period from April 16- April 26. The individual jackpots were hit on Saturday, April 16, Friday, April 22, and Tuesday, April 26.

The $50,000 jackpots were hit on two different video gaming machines. The first and third jackpots were awarded by getting a red, white and blue star in a row on a $5 Stars & Stripes game, the second jackpot was hit on a $5 Double Stars & Stripes. This is the most $50,000 individual jackpots to be awarded in a 10 day period at any of the four operational gaming facilities in New York State.

"I was very, very surprised," said Michael Johnson the $50,000 jackpot winner from April 22. Overwhelmed with all the excitement and shock from the amount won, he currently has no plans for the money. "I don't have any plans as of yet. I'm still letting it all sink in," Johnson said.
