SunCruz Launches
New Gaming Vessel in Florida

PANAMA CITY, FL - SunCruz announced the launch of the SunCruz IV in Panama City, Florida, March 15, adding to its fleet of eleven.

The SunCruz IV is a three-decked, 87-foot vessel with 4,500 square feet of gaming area and 118 gaming positions. Passengers also enjoy complimentary buffet dining and live entertainment while sailing to international waters. Once there, customers can choose from an a la carte menu, and gaming customers receive free drinks.

The casino cruises will operate twice daily from 10:30 am to 4:00 pm, and again from 6:00 pm to 11:30 pm seven days per week.

SunCruz has already realized tremendous support by the local community to the opening of the new boat. David Hughes, CEO of SunCruz, "We are very excited about operating in Panama City. SunCruz, Florida's largest cruise operator is under new ownership and operates cruise ships in eleven Florida locations. "We are thrilled with the response we have received already in Panama City. Adding another cruise ship to the area will be a great benefit and help maintain Panama City as an entertainment destination,'' Hughes added.

The SunCruz XI leaves Panama City Harbor, 5505 Sun Harbor Road, Sun Harbor Marina at the east end of Hathaway Bridge, twice daily at 11:00 am and 7:30 pm.

SunCruz Casinos is the owner and operator of a fleet of eleven casino cruise boats with a total one-time capacity of 5,329, making the company the largest casino cruise operator in the United States.

With Wireless Technology

"We know the guests of The Venetian need to stay in touch with their clients and this technology will make that easy, convenient, and accessible,'' said Jack Braman, vice president of information technology at The Venetian. "There is no property of our size and caliber that allows guests this level of communication and this is sure to set a new standard for the entire hospitality industry.''

In addition to receiving exceptional cell phone reception, guests inside The Venetian may also access other wireless applications, enabling them to make room reservations, restaurant reservations, or book show tickets.

The Venetian offers guests 3,036 hotel suites, 120,000 square feet of gaming floor, 500,000 square feet of retail space at The Grand Canal Shoppes, the 65,000 square-foot Canyon Ranch SpaClub, 500,000 square feet of meeting space at The Venetian Congress Center and a direct link to the 1.2 million square foot Sands Expo and Convention Center.
