ATLANTIC CITY, NJ - Dolores A. Solari of Debtford, NJ, won a jackpot of $259,335.96 on the Betty Boop-themed wide-area progressive system March 14 at the Atlantic City Hilton Casino Resort. Solari, who said she plays the Betty Boop games every month, hit the jackpot within the first 20 minutes of playing a quarter "Double Jackpot" game, one of seven distinct game versions in the Betty Boop's Big Hit series. Solari was scheduled to play in a slot tournament at the Hilton, but when another player was assigned to her machine and won the tournament first prize, she decided to try her luck with Betty Boop and came out a very lucky winner. |
